2 days left in 2005... gawd!

i can't believe it's been a year!

i read through my almost new year post last year.. and i came across my i hope you dance post...

"living might mean taking chances, but they're worth taking. loving might be a mistake but it's worth making..."

i must say that although 2005 was not one of my easiest years, im not complaining. i went through a lot, yes, but i also learned a lot.

i learned that God always takes care of me... & i don't even have to ask :)

i learned that no matter what happens, i have a beautiful home and a wonderful family to come home to.

i learned that i have wonderful friends who are always there... no matter what.

i learned that even if i go through crap, i could always rely on my family & friends to be there for me.

i learned that although i have made lots of new friends (mainly coz i decided to study again...) my old friends are still there, and every time we get together, it's as fun as before.. i wish we could all get together more often!

i learned that we should never be afraid to take chances.

i learned that we should always fight for what we believe in.

i learned that sh!t happens, so we shouldnt really sweat too much.

i learned that when we're just about to give up, something wonderful happens.

i learned that when we surrender everything to God, He does work miracles.

i learned that when we pray, we don't always get what we pray for... but it does give us a lot of strength to go on...

i learned that there are a lot of guys out there (what was i thinking?! for how many years... stuck on 1 guy... wahehehe.. no regrets!)

i learned to "fall in love" again...

i learned that some things do hurt, but then it's actually really up to us how much it'll hurt.

but although i learned a lot, there are still some, okay A WHOLE LOT MORE things i need to learn...

i need to learn to balance what i feel & what my mind says.

i need to learn to be less hard-headed... coz i know im not always right.

i need to learn to be less moody.

i need to learn to stick to my decisions.

i havent posted for quite sometime since iv been "busy" these past couple of days. "real hospital duty" finally started (i dont consider our first rotation a real duty since we went to the clinic 2x lang, and all we had was a very short orientation, lecture & a 10-item quiz). next rotation was in fe del mundo pedia ward... super petiks lang.. all we did was take vital signs, change bed linens & tunganga.
